Starting to feel concern for you with regard to this subject, in that I have difficulty imagining someone having this deeply rooted an issue without personal experience informing it.

I do not have an ongoing issue or even continuing interest. You are the one who keeps bringing it up - in multiple threads. Apparently a healthy grudge you continue to nurture.

No worries; I am not offended, merely surprised my posting of Mr. Baker’ well-known negative characteristics struck such a nerve - especially as I was never critical of his musicianship.
