Here is an earnest but ultimately less-than-compelling cover of “Watermelon in Easter Hay,” which is another of the sacred three FZ guitar tunes that the ZFT does not want people to perform or record.
Interestingly, the complete title of this tune is: “Playing a Guitar Solo with this Band is Like Trying to Grow a Watermelon in Easter Hay.” The Big Note at p. 249 (quoting FZ).
I found this bootleg on TIDAL. Wild vintage stuff.

Just finished the Zappa doc, if you’re a Fan you’ll see it, if not it tells the story of an interesting man, worth spending 2hrs with.
