I have an amp stand that you are more then welcome to use if you’d like to get the levinson off the floor. It’s nothing fancy but it gets the job done. It’s a Monoprice amp stand.

I would maybe try replacing the subwoofers with the red absorbers. Push the absorber into the corner and the subwoofer away from there.

My thought as well. Or maybe more forward and centered into the room. IME subs in the corners can be rather boomy.

For the first time ever, the SVS subs sound fantastic and don’t mess with the rest of the spectrum. And for the first time ever, the 2nd bedroom is good for music.

I do have an amp stand, but has spikes that the wood floor would not like. I could use something to put beneath the spikes.

Do you have the tweeter panels on the inside?
Also, raising them off the floor can do wonders.
And, some floor rugs can help with reflections.
Dipoles are great, but when the room becomes the enclosure, it warrants a lot of messing around.

The teeeter panels are on the outer edges of the speakers, per Magnepan.

I need a good area rug (currently using a floor mat, which helps, but not like a good, thick area rug).

I have better stands, just did not connect them yet.

I’m just happy with decent sound in that small room. The 5"+ thick panels from GIK really help.

Gik panels behind the couch are now up.

Me three…

FWIW, I have never eked out a better bass room response with subwoofers placed in corners. The geometry of the room is the key, of course, but in my experience corner loading always emphasized low bass such that it made it hard to get a nice smooth response across all of the lower frequencies.

YMMV.

Similar experience here as well. Room and system dependent to be sure.

Unfamiliar to me…its on now on the listen list!

So much music, so little time…

Cheers.

Something that I need to do as well.

Excellent ! Added to my playlist.

I’ll toss these in the ring for some subwoofer play.

Such a good album. Released the month after I got married. Copied the LP onto a 4-channel open-reel deck and played back via a Marantz receiver to 4 Cerwin-Vega 211R speakers. Boy oh boy.
