Yes, Ron, you didnāt read wrong. Unfortunately, the Sortz can be paid for well. But they make a positive difference compared to other manufacturers Iāve tried. I wouldnāt have thought of it either, but when I saw a retailer offering a 50% discount, I took a chance. I canāt resist good offers. 
From the looks of it, it already has connections for every format.

As Iāve moved up the chain in Pass Labsā component line, the benefits were in every case real, honest, wonderful and worth the scratch.
So it is with the Audience cables that I use.
About an hour ago I replaced my Front Row power cable with their newest āReserveā pc going into the line stage preamp.
A power cableā¦ Significant improvements in image placement, definition, dimensionality, timbre, right-in-the-room presentation, dynamics, room reverberation, usefulness of previously less obvious low level detail.
Iāll wait a week and then let you know what I really think.

I also have ICs but wonāt try them until Iām satisfied that I know about the PC

You have more patience than me.
I would try the power cable for an hour, then remove the new power cable and put the interconnect in for 30 minutes, then add the power cable again with the new interconnect. If I like what I hear, would burn both in at the same time and never think twice.
