I am not finding how to access album art to the screen. I am getting track info via the Bridge II via Roon but the art window only displays the original default logo.

I do not. I have the Bridge II installed and I have USB.
A card must be in the slot to get album art. A small one (2 gb) is best, although larger ones may work; format it as FAT 32.
I have a few sitting around here…How does it “Get” the art? is it an automatic process and they build up as you play them?
The art is read from the file along with the audio data. The image is stored on the SD card under a generic name (I forget exactly, something like coverart.jpg). You will notice a delay of 10 seconds or so when a new art file must be fetched and stored, as when going to a different album. The music will start and the art will show up shortly. If you ever experience art issues with the card installed, try deleting that generic file (it will be rebuilt automatically).
Is this a Bridge II benefit or does it function from as USB input as well?
BTW, thank you for all of your guidance!
Eric
OK…So here I am thinking the included 8GB SD card was for firmware upgrades…I cannot find anything in the manual which discusses album art. So I placed this card in the slot and a few seconds later there is album art for the currently playing album. Who knew!
I appreciate the assistance Magister!
We"re here to help! Art is only with the Bridge. You certainly can use the card for firmware updates too. And this should be in the manual.
One last note of clarity. The Bridge gets its album art via the internet and our servers. The PWT must be connected to the internet for this to work in the first place.
The bridge does not get cover art from the internet or our servers, only the PWT does that. The bridge gets cover art from the control point you are using.

Good to know. I will be adding a PWT II to the family once it is released. In the meantime, the DS is now displaying the cover art. Thanks everyone for the assistance!

Oops. Thanks Dennis, my bad.
