when I log in its gone. Do I need to re-register them? And by gone I mean the system says I do not have any registered Power devices. I have two.
I have purchased several components and have never been able to get any PowerPlay information. What is Power Play anyway, what information does it give you?
The same info on voltage, watts and distortion the front panel gives, but saves it so you get graphs. Not super important. I think I peek it at now and then. But with all website changes and ID changes it seems my registration is lost. I can probably call PSA with serial numbers and reset it. Just curious of others have noticed the same.
Thanks Brian for the reply.
I also lost access to my PowerPlay data and I emailed PS Audio Support about it.
I don’t log in and look at stats or config very often, either, but just checked and this is what I get trying to connect to my P15…
Guessing it’s related to the new web stuff Paul is working on. Won’t clutter up support’s email, so please direct them here if they need to see it’s more than you.
Yeah it might be down for a while so we can figure it out. Sorry about that!
I just saw the spiffy new PowerPlay interface - Nice! However, I did not see a download button, how do I download my data? Thanks!
Download? I didn’t know we offered that. What would you do with that? In what form would it be sent to you?
What do you think of the new interface?
I like the new PowerPlay interface a lot!
NICE!
More data too! I like it!
However, I still would like to be able to download my data.
Using the old PowerPlay web interface, I was able to download a CSV file that contained PowerPlay data that included: Volts IN Volts OUT, THDIN, THDOUT WATTS and TEMP. I could then chart the data as I see fit locally in MS Excel. I believe that the old data was averaged so there was one data point per hour and the file contained 2-3 months of hourly data. I downloaded my PowerPlay data every month.
BUT, I would prefer the actual data like I see in the new web interface - actual data from every 7 minutes or so is better, and more accurate than an hourly(?) average. So, I would love to be able to download a CSV file of the same data that feeds the new interface.
I like to compare data season over season or year over year, and the new interface appears to only permit a maximum look back of 90 days. A downloadable CSV file would solve this issue for me.
Is this possible?
I would also love to be able to control my P20 (e.g. starting a cleaning cycle) via IP.
Thank you! ![]()

I like the new interface as well.
Interesting I have two dedicated 20amp in my room. One has the P20 and one has the P15. Same panel. The P20 seems to have a higher THD consistently by 0.5. Both are much higher at my new address. Old address it was never higher than 1%. Now its between 2.5 and 3. Glad I have them.
Yes, of course. I’ll figure something out for you.
