Audiophile's Guide Disc Download?

Hello,

I’m looking to purchase the Audiophile’s Guide with accompanying SACD but the few UK stockists I’ve found sell the book only (no disc). Can anyone point me to a UK stockist where they can be purchased together? Failing that, is the disc available to download? I don’t see it on the PS Audio store. Thanks.

Let me know if you’re not able to locate the download link. It’s fairly straight forward but you do have to look a little for it.
