I think if I had to put together my system again now. … I’d pretty much end up where and with what I have. I’m very happy, I did well with the limited budget I’ve had.

I feel the same way. My system sounds amazing and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I don’t think I could’ve done any better based on my budget. I enjoy listening to music every time I fire up the system.

That is not my Dragon Source cable for sale at TMR. I sold mine to @paul172, substantially less than their price. I would love to get your “spare” HC Dragon someday to complete my loom.

Yes the MU1 does have a dragon source. I was using a AQ Firebird on my Auralic Aries. Going from the Firebird to Dragon on the Aries was not a big step up. On the Grimm it’s the opposite the Dragon was a monster step up over Firebird. Could it be the superior power supply in the Aries? Could be but again I wish it wasn’t true because cables are expensive. The only Stealth cable I own is a USB cable. The other stealth cables are on loan from a generous human being I’ll keep anonymous. Lol

This Paul you may be referring to is not crazy in love with Stealth let’s call it a high school crush. Yes the girl (Stealth) is beautiful but she’s out of my league.
I am in love with Gryphon and I will bet in 3 weeks or less you will be too!
Back to Stealth Cables the very best cables I’ve heard in my system period. When and if I find something better everyone who reads these post will know.

Today I also order a Dragon source that is supposed to replace a Furutech dps-4.1 on my Cambridge edge nq. Donald did you buy one for your LHY switch? I’ll try the Dragon on my switch too. I hope it doesn’t make too big of an improvement over the Hurricane source or the Furutech dps-4.1. Otherwise I’ll have to upgrade there too. Alternatively, I don’t try it out, don’t read the forum here and convince myself that the way my system sounds is good.
Or since I now have a power cable left over that’s too bad to keep gathering dust in some drawer, I’m thinking about a Puritan for the digital components. Upgrade connections aux Furutech ncf, upgrade cabling. Puritan + is then finished
