Audirvāna Issues

Hi, just wondering if anybody else has had similar problems as I have experienced with Audirvāna. I have been using Audirvāna for a couple of months after some suggestions of its sound quality over Roon. I also feel the sound is better through my Direct Stream DAC. However, the software seems a little error prone. With Radio Paradise it keeps dropping out after anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 or so minutes. Also, when playing albums from Qobuz it often only plays the first track and I need to manually start each track after that.

I have contacted Audirvāna but they haven’t really helped, so I’m wondering if anybody here has resolved these issues.

Do you have a current Qobuz subscription?

Yes, I have subscriptions for Tidal, Qobuz and Audirvāna plus a lifetime Roon subscription. I have received some ideas on why Audirvāna is cutting out from them and made some changes to my settings but it hasn’t helped and also the issue of stopping after one track has occurred since I’ve made settings changes.
