Definitely a lot to take in out here. High country roads get dicey for sightseeing as you get into October (unless you have a board or skis :-). Have you decided on Boulder, or just started to look around?
There’s a picture above from my new deck. The place is being rehabbed, so won’t be ready until mid Oct., but I’ve signed the lease : ). It’s very small, so is going to require some radical rethinking of my rig…plus it shares walls with neighbors, which I haven’t had to think about in 25+ years.
Oh yes. Nice view. Didn’t realize that was your new digs. Boulder real estate definitely poses some challenges, but you’ll be able to drop by PSA’s new MR-1 just about any time.
