There is an issue with audio/volume control on the unit. When an incoming phone call, the volume is fine and can be reduced or increased but not when streaming music from my iphone. There is a crackling and volume remains low.
Appreciate assistance. I purchased this item today.

Not sure you are on the right forum for this product…
Might want to contact the product manufacture or the seller you purchased it from.
PS Audio has a product that goes by the name, Sprout; but it is totally unrelated to your product.
