Bridge 2 reflects an IP and connected but no signal received

Greetings, I have a Perfectwave DAC II with a Bridge 2 installed. The Bridge indicates that it is locked onto an IP (192.168.x.x) and connected. FW 3.6.86. I have power cycled the PW and power cycled the cisco switch it is connected to. Roon does not see it over IP (not does anything else). I have an Amplifi HD router with FW 3.4.4. and the app does see it. I reset the lease via the router and that had no impact with the identical IP. Any other steps to resolve this would be helpful. Thank you!

Have you tried pinging the Bridge with its IP address to see if your computer can see it?

Used the MacOS Network utility to scan and these were the results:

Port Scan has started…

Port Scanning host: 192.168.XXX.XXX

 Open TCP Port: 8080 http-alt
 Open TCP Port: 10011
 Open TCP Port: 10015
 Open TCP Port: 38400
 Open TCP Port: 41460

Port Scan has completed…

Also did this as well:

— 192.168.xxx.xxx ping statistics —

10 packets transmitted, 10 packets received, 0.0% packet loss

round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 0.516/0.673/0.923/0.105 ms

Figured it out (I hope). The Roon 1.8 defaults had the Bridge 2 as a MQA Renderer/Decoder. Once I switched that off it all sprung back to life

Thanks for letting us know. This is helpful info!
