I’ve been trying to reach PSA by phone and there is no pickup just a recording “we’ll call you back” I remember this was an issue a few weeks back - anyone else having issues?

By the way…how do you like the D-10x?
Not yet - the D-10x is ultra reliable and sounds great. Unfortunately I was not able to compare it with the SACD which also sounded great.
I have sent a second email since I received my AirLens which will not connect to a network, therefore inoperable. No call nor email response. Sorry to hear about the COVID outbreak.
