Can’t reach Powerplay

After logging in I am not able to reach powerplay. The webpage just stop loading and the progress wheel just stop.

What do I do?

Give it a day as the server may be down. Or hit up technical support or James via a PM.

I just logged in and am able to see my powerplay info.

If I use Safari I get the same freeze. If I use Firefox it works just fine. No idea why.

I also use Safari on my iPad, and I experienced the same problem trying to get into PowerPlay. Then I turned off my VPN temporarily and had no issues.

I’m using google chrome on a PC.

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

You do have to be logged into the website to access powerplay. Also, you need your unit registered through our product registrations.

If both of those are achieved, you may need to try a different browser, clearing cache and cookies, etc. You can always reach out to service@psaudio.com and we will be happy to help!

Thank you so much for helping out. Turns out the service was down when I tried to access it. After a few hours (US morning time, i guess) the service came right up. Living in Sweden has pro’s and con’s. :smiley:
Anyway I really appreciate this community and how well it wors to sort out the very few problems I have had with my PS Audio equipment.
