I recently acquired a Direct Music Player. I am experiencing less than expected results regarding cover art. Maybe one out of five cds played. The player is up to date (3.15), there is an SD card installed, the ethernet connection has been tested into the player and is extremely fast, and I am registered with PS Audio. I am waiting until the disk is downloaded before touching play. The majority of cds that do seem to reveal cover art were made in the 90s. Anything recent is a no go. I welcome any direction you can point me towards to increase the cover art batting average.

Was told recently by PS Audio tech support that cover art is no longer supported. I have the same issue and about the same success with my DMP as your experiencing.
