I cannot connect to the internet. The P20 is plugged in to the Ethernet cable and the lights are flashing at the back. But the P20 does not pick up an I.P. Address.
Any ideas?

Would first try shutting down your network, and restarting everything beginning with the modem/router. This gives everything a new start.
If this does not work, search for assigning a static IP address to the P20. Others here may have a good way to describe the process. I know how to do it, but fear confusing both you and myself in trying to explain it.

Tried power cycling didnât work tried assigning IP didnât work. But the website control is working on an IP address which does not show on the unit.
- Are you certain the port on the switch is working and/or enabled? I spent 15 minutes the other day working out an issue only to remember that I had disabled unused ports.
- Are you certain the cable is good?
1.switch is good no problems.

System registers itself in the router but doesnât display the assigned values in the on screen display.
Is the P20 new or second hand? Has the P20 ever displayed the network data correctly. Has the ânew cableâ worked with another device?
This was a brand new import from the US
Since itâs new , still under warranty, if it were me Iâd send it in for repair.
