Hi Experts,

I woudl like to know if it’s possible to change voltage from a Directstream 220v to 120v ? if so, is there any how to available ?

It can only be done at the factory.

Thanks @Paul it would appear with a little knowledge and care, that this conversion can be achieved easily at home avoiding the cost of paying someone else.
There appears to be two transformers in the unit, The left hand board is simply a process of adding a wire and changing the jumper position, which is a two minute job.
However with this done although the unit will fire up and actually put out sound there is no gain,
This makes me think something needs to be done to the other transformer or board.
Is this correct?
Could you please advice as to the full procedure to convert the unit.
I realize there are the normal voiding warranty and working with current, and use a qualified person type warnings and advice.
As an adult I am aware of those things.
I am just asking for the procedure then I can make an educated choice as to if it is something I can undertake myself.
