Does support exist?

I asked support two times for helping got no answer…
Perhaps anyone knows what to do:
I bought a preowned transport and tried to register it.
I got : The serial number is in use.
I understand that, and i asked support to delete old account, because i cannot register my transport if serial number is in use.
What is the normalcy to handle that problem?
