I know this has been discussed a few times, so sorry for the new thread. I can’t seem to reply to any; I guess they’re locked?
All my components’ blue logo lights remain on when playing, except for the DSD Senior. It seems to go out with the screen dim.
Is this normal? I actually want the logo light to stay on when it’s playing!

It dims quite a bit, though if you look closely, it is still on. I agree, I would like it to remain at the same luminosity as the BHK pre (my OCD speaking here).

I second your observation. The button dims alongside screen. It is definitely normal.
The odd thing is, I don’t get this with my BHK Pre!
Yes, devices with touch screens are different from other devices. In my case P15 power regenerator and DS DAC are different from the BHK pre and mono-blocs
Some are bothered by the difference in the lights; others, do not notice or care if they do.
The difference in light intensity has been raised a couple of times in the past as well.
Our team is trying to make this more consistent, but it’s hard when you have different opinions from folks and the PerfectWave line has been around for more than 10 years. The Strata that I have here for testing purposes has the logo light bright whether it’s on and playing or in standby. If I dim my P15 however, the logo is barely on. Though it’s hard to please everyone, I think a simple option in the menu would be a pretty easy solution.
