Filtering ourselves

We cannot do better than welcome and respected.

This is so good to hear.

Thanks and that’s the spirit of what we’d like to keep and nurture here. Our forum leader, Elk, has done a tireless job of moderating the forums and keeping it civil and fun.

People have asked me in the past why we would allow/pay for a forum where many people discuss other manufacturers products and form groups that do not have PS Audio goods. My answer is always the same: this forum does not exist to promote PS Audio or its products. It exists to foster and serve the audiophile community at large—a gift from us—a safe haven where like minded folks can gather together.

I can’t think of a better way to spend our money.

Thanks Paul. This is the only forum that I’ve stuck with over the years. I feel like I have friends here, most of whom I’ve never met.

In my 75 years of mostly conscious life, only recently have I recognized people around me being so religiously devoted to a political ideology. Obviously this is not a new phenomenon but I wonder if political self identification is replacing religion more now than ever. I know a lot of people who seem to think that if it’s raining, it’s the other party’s fault.
