I have intentionally not read, bypassed, all comments in this thread from 804 through 947 to eliminate any influence on my forthcoming comments. As I have had a head cold that moved to my chest since I picked up my PZ 3.10 I don’t trust what I am hearing. I can say this, out of the box the PZ sounded cold and sterile. Doesn’t mean much considering it is a temporary condition. It does sound as though it is breaking in nicely. Tomorrow it will be inserted in an entirely different system centered around Pass Labs gear, vice Vitus. Speakers are Pro Audio Project, with a significantly different character from what many in these parts listen to. Should be interesting.

Get better soon! The day after I picked up my PZ I started to have issues with my right foot and @straightwire has been hemorrhaging money for power cables. Hopefully we all will get better and recover soon! Take care of your self @weedeewop

I too have had a bad cold since my PZ arrived to my dealer and he put it in his system! I fear the headache will be a natural consequence, an inevitable step backwards, until he gets my PZ home…

I wish you a speedy recovery. I wasn’t doing so well today and I was a little dizzy.
The doctor said it could be an infection.
I should go again on Monday.
Maybe a side effect of too little sleep and too much in the forum?
Audioupgrade fiber is still considered.

I hope the PZ will not need a month of break in, because it is going through a “Purple fuse” period for me. I definitely like the sound yesterday better. Two possibilities: tired from golf, or the ground line is not working.

Oh, no! I am going on vacation next week. I took both flu and covid shots early last week and felt sick on the day after. Afterward I felt great. Hopefully I am immune from the curse.
