Isn’t that the crux of Amir’s video?
Just curious - have you watched it?
I did… not impressed with him at all…

Sorry that you have had a nasty dose of Covid, Steven. I can empathise with your feelings about rabbits, Ever since they destroyed my early rhubarb crop, not by eating it which I could understand, but by biting through the base of every stem. I have felt marked hostility to them. This also extends to pigeons (for regularly bombing on me from the Abbey roof when at school) and mice (for eating the fur lining out of my best boots).
This post is off-topic, which is probably not a bad thing ![]()
All threads to tend wander all over the place but yet come back

Understood. I don’t think I’d enjoy a conversation with him.
But taking him out of it for a moment, do you also doubt the measurements he shared?
And technical questions he is asking PS Audio to clarify?
Elaine : You always break even .
Jerry : Yeah, I know; like yesterday I lost a job, and then I got another one, and then I missed a TV show, and later on they re-ran it.
You can quote the manual and what is printed on the website, but it is undeniably clear from the measurements that the P12 is NOT a full AC>DC>AC regenerator. It appears to be a partial regenerator and the manual and website should be updated to clarify this. @Paul care to weigh in on this concern directly?
Do you own a P12?
Are you interested in purchasing a P12?
I ask, because you’ve been on the forum for less then a month and seem to almost exclusively post in P12 forums.

You’re super keen on deflection. The question is simple. If you market a device as a full AC power regenerator and sell it for $5.5K talking about perfect regenerated sine waves, shouldn’t it actually do that? Maybe you don’t care, but the truth matters.
I’m super keen on trying to understand your motivation. If you can’t answer either of those two questions, you end up appearing like a troll.
Perhaps it’s “Putin-esque zeal and cult like devotion.”
Perhaps this thread should be shut down, as it is turning into a Troll-fest.
You nailed it right on the head…appears to be a troll…

Nothing trolling about an honest question regarding the basic claim of operation for this device. Seriously, it never even occurred to me the P12 wouldn’t actually do full AC>DC>AC power regeneration. It’s literally marketed to do exactly that! Is the P20 also a partial regenerator? What is the rationale for changing from full to partial in these newer lines? Doing partial regeneration makes it impossible to clean the AC as well as full, which is why you see the higher noise floor as now it’s additive with the P12’s own noise. The entire point of these devices was to perform full AC>DC>AC regeneration. That’s generally why they are large, heavy, and expensive.
We were having a perfectly sensible discussion about rabbits and along comes @Shazb0t wanting PS Audio to rewrite their manual. Bloody cheek.
It is trolling when you phrase it in confrontational and antagonistic ways.
