We have very different definitions of trolling. I’m not going to continue to feed into the negativity by humoring these false accusations against my character or attempts at invalidating a real question about this device by gatekeeping forum members. My question was about basic operation of the device and is straight forward. I’m curious if PS Audio will weigh in on the full AC>DC>AC regeneration claims. I couldn’t care less about responding to the personal insults being flung at me for asking a simple question.
Hmmm…let’s see what happens if I post something like, “I just tried cable a, and it sounds much better than cable b.” on audiosciencereview. Oh, wait, there’s already hundreds of examples of what the responses are when something like that gets posted.
Why are you so fascinated about a device you almost certainly don’t and will never own?
The question of your character is self-inflicted. You either are interested in purchasing a PP or own a PP. Otherwise your motivation is suspect. Why else participate in this Topic or this forum?
You’ve only posted on P12 topics and on a topic regarding power cords. All of your comments have been aggressive and you have no clear ownership of PSA gear, nor does it seem you are interesting in purchasing any PSA gear.
With that you appear to have less then genuine intent.
“We have very different definitions of trolling.”
Wait, are you actually saying two people can have two differing opinions on the same subject?
Hero status granted upon thee. ![]()
I do wish I had written that. Very well observed!
Bumble bees can fly, but they have problems with double glazing. It’s a bit like @Shazb0t and his measurements; you think you know it all and then you get a bloody nose because you don’t have all the answers, so you just keep on bashing your head against it because it can’t really exist.
And you accuse others of trolling.
Yes, I do.
More correctly, we are observing you.
So do I.
Had to step away from my computer to throw away my PP. Did I miss anything?
I’ll be right over to dumpster dive.
Don’t get tangled in the audiophile power cords.
Getting close to about time…

No Vkenedy cannot have the whole enchiladas…let me
have your audiophile cords…

I’ve read the gist of the patent, and I think why Amir is seeing the same noise characteristic as the AC main in PS output. I think it originated in how the Power Plant amplifier circuit, it must have used the AC main as the power source to amplify the 2.5v digitized converted version of the AC signal. I maybe wrong, my EE is basically nil, but that’s the part I think where noise could get in. I don’t understand the DC superimpose, so got to spend more time digesting that bit. I’m not sure why the incoming AC signal need to be digitized though, isn’t the point is to regenerate it rather than to capture it?
Finally it bothers me to no end that “DAC” in the patent is called digital to audio converter and not analog.
Good morning @Paul from oposite site of pacific ocean
Thank for the show case of what PP supposed to do when it was made. I’m a fan of PSA for two years now, and love them days after days.
I just hope PSA will have more stores in southest Asia then music listener like us here have more chances to experience the PSA highend lines, and the 14 days of trial when we decide to move up / trade in the new products.
Well you know, to have a Stellar stack ( SGDC + M700s + P3) i have to buy them from UK for the 230V which adding 45-50% to total price not including the domestic local charge for importing…
I know the Asia market may not be the main point right now in PSA business strategy, but it’s not just the business only right? it is also connecting people with the music, make the life easier.
Thank Paul for the video
Thanks for sharing.
