I just received a new type of electrostatic panel and have started doing videos about the technology and characteristics. You can also see in the video I’m using iconoclast cables and the BHK300’s

Very well done. Good luck with your YT channel!
Thank you so much. There was so much information I covered that I decided to break it up into shorter videos, as no one wants to hear me speak for 20 minutes!
These speakers have adjustable foam damping to tube bass to your room and taste, and I’ll demonstrate that in another video.

The Popori speaker is very popular with Bacch users.
Yes it seems to be. I have Ubacch, the plug in which works in Jriver. All it does is crosstalk cancelation, not the room correction, in ear measurements, etc.
I tried Ubacch on 2 different system, my main point source TAD’s and a nearfield system using a super expensive Sony Saz1 speaker paired with KEFkc62 subs. I don’t believe anyone else has ever paired those speakers with subs because it requires syncing and external Dac for the subs.
Anyway, I found I really only liked it with binaural material.
Just last night I tried using it with the electrostats, and I thought it worked better than with my other speakers. It was just a causal test and not even set precisely for the speaker width, so I’m anticipating it being even better.
Part 2 is online is anyone is interested

Yes, the holy grail can include cost effective parameters, too. I use Martin Logan CLX ART and two BF212 subs. This set-up is expensive and that’s got to factor in. What do you get for the money? They are great, but costly. Electrostatic speakers do capture tremendous vocal and instrumental micro dynamics that make music seem real. My CWT 1000-40 T+A’a have electrostatic panels above 2K, but the CLX are full range down to 60 Hz and are still better at dynamic nuances.
Electrostatics are panned for lack of “power” but the vocal dynamics more than make up for it with most music. Sure, the bass SOCK it to ya’ will be softer. I’d say for speaker purchasers give electrostatic speaker’s a listen. They do what most other speakers can’t and you need to hear it to understands. Nothing else will get you there.

Wow - now I know why my Iconoclast cables sound so good! Very transparent speakers to test them on. I’m planning on adding my servo subs back into the mix.
I was asked for recordings of the speaker so I decided to do a comparison video with a Schoeps microphone!
I use both sets, CLX and CWT 1000-40, to test. Pretty much covers the range of load and reactance types. No one will confuse which is which and the arguments cut both ways as to what is “right”.

Truth! I love my CLX’s! With my pair of No. 25’s and Bacch they are very special!

Could you please do a vid on the effects of using PC and SC that in your opinion are performing best on this specific speaker type?
