well your one step ahead of me 
- even though they had 10 ready to be shipped - seems now they are still on the production line - apparently due next week - add the rumors of an AS10 Pro I am not so confident … i;ll see where we are at at the end of the week may end up cancelling and go back thru Vinshine when they are more confirmed ..
interested to hear how yours goes ..

It looks like Vinshine will have a modified SW10 with new clock board, but no AS8 for sale.
just got pinged they are now in stock silver only..

Has anybody else’s AS6 or AS8 arrived yet?
I am waiting for Beatechink to release the new LHY SW-10 Pro, and I also wonder how will it compete with AS-8. So far, I have not seen any reviews outside of this forum yet.

It looks like an SW10 with a new clock board, compared to the new design of the AS8, so it will be an interesting comparison.
I’m waiting on some user reviews of cascaded AS6’s and AS8’s before deciding if I’ll get a second AS6 or go for an AS8.

@Philip_Gan was strange it kept getting moved and then only in silver.. they friday got a note shipped - DHL express from Hong Kong - dhl shows this morning arriving monday
Have laid some new fibre Corning CAH Gold - Got off one of the guys that works for me a set of Cisco Modules Enterprise SFP modules apparently the bee knees and apparently 4K/$3k USD a pair
Unfortunately unplugging the Muon broke a clip on the ethernet cable which has now bounced back to Muon - Rob - gee whiz there service and look after the customer is A++ grade -a credit to them
so plan in plug in the new one run it for the week just bed everything in while i wait for the Muon to come back hopefully by next weekend so i can do a comparison and compare
One thing i have noticed take the Muon out and thing just drop back a level - especially across the top

I found some nice things that slide on an Ethernet cable to replace broken locking tabs. Bag of 50 was the smallest quantity. They work slick on my cables. I will look them up on Amazon and add them to this post.
I am nearly certain they would not work on the impressive but funky MUON Pro cable though. I think sending it back for repair was right.

might have to have a look reckon my other switch has a few broken ones. just never have enough time to actually go and re do lan cables..
you really cant beat A Grade customer service no worries send it back to us as the clip is part of the whole plug so we need to re do the termination to fix it, one day turnaround and then ship back no charge. happy G

Wow, that is amazing service!! I broke the clip on an Ethernet cable from AfterDark that came with my etherRegen. I’m planning to put the etherRegen upstream of the AS8; probably use optical connection or play around/compare with LAN. Muon Pro from AS8 to my iMac (BACCH4Mac).
Yikes!!! Seems a bit stiff for that! Designed to go thousands of kilometers???
These are the things I bought to repair ethernet cables myself. They work well!
