P20 Power Plant launches

One of the few remasters out there that maintain similar dynamic range as originals.

No because filtering increases impedance. Something we work hard to make certain doesn’t happen. Because the output impedance is so low and the system is active no interference between outlets occurs. If the connected product tries to generate any noise it is squashed by the regenerator.

Thanks @Paul ! So it is just wires between all outlets then?

And noise filtering is done upstream of all the outlets?

Wires coming off bus bars I think…the previous power plants skipped on the bus bar feature.

Cool, thanks.

@Paul, any chance we can get a photo of this?

Cheers in advance.

It’s on the website, it’s been discussed before. Particularly about the so-called “thickness” of the buss bars.

Thanks, those keys word helped with the search. Found it:

"The way we built the P20 internal power delivery system and the low output impedance of the P20. Internal to the P20 is a series of gold plated thick copper buss bars connecting the AC receptacles together. This means there’s nearly nothing standing between the regenerator’s output and the receptacles delivering the power."

Great design for minimising leakage currents between PSU’s

Do the P12 and P15 have the same?

Have the same what, buss bar distribution system? Yes.

Both have buss bar distribution systems. P15 is more robust of a system like the P20 than the P12, which has thinner metal busses.
