P3, after Fault Mode, can not power on. What happened?

Have you checked the fuse?

Still not working, even no any equipment connected to P3, the CleanWave and MultiWave LEDs are flashing simultaneously and the Output LED is solid red.

This happened with my P3 and it was the fuse
PSA kindly sent me a couple replacements.
