P5 and speed controllers

Hi,

I just got my P5 and i’m very happy with it.

I assume that the output 60Hz is stable. Do I still need my turntable motor speed controller? (phoenix engineering roadrunner).

And if i keep it (easier to select 45 vs 33), should i connect it to the P5 or direct to mains?

I’ve used my Rega speed control device with the P5 and P10 with no issue. Oddly yes, it does help the deck, and no there’s been problem for me using it plugged into the power regenerator.
