PSAUDIO, any progress with the PWS ?
We are waiting for updates !!
Any hope left ?!
Sure there’s hope - we certainly haven’t abandoned the project. It is next after we get WaveStream working. On that note, it’s hard to predict when it will get finished, but we’re hard at it.

Any day now… Just what day is the big question. It’ll happen, eventually.

I feel jealous of you beta testers, having been able to use the software for a while now. I want to unleash MOG onto my PWD II and am eagerly awaiting this.

Should we now start referring to this as the VaporWareStreamer?
You might. That is one thing about PS Audio, Paul talks about development projects that are not yet and may never be production products. Get pissed about if you want, or just understand that developing new products takes time and money and most new product ideas never see production. Yes, I find it frustrating at times too when I see a development idea that I really like and it never becomes available.
Paul: keep talking, many of us do find it interesting hearing what goes on behind the scenes.

+1
+1 , just like how JP says it is…
I think Paul is learning what F. Scott Fitzgerald told us many years ago:
"Let me tell you about programmers. They are different from you and me…"
Or something to that effect.
+1 JP.

Feel free to call it vaporware as that term has good meaning for the moment. Heck, it ain’t here and we talk about it. Thanks JP and guys for the support and explanation. Indeed I ramble on about all sorts of projects and things, many of which never see the light of day. Sorry about that - and yes I’ll keep rambling.
Thanks Paul. Yes, please keep rambling. It seems that many of us find your ramblings to be educational and entertaining even if occasionally frustrating. That’s fine with me, even if there are excellent ideas discussed that for whatever reason do not make it into production. Hey!!! Here’s a thought: tell us what the problems were and why these development projects died. That could be educational and provide closure too.
Then again, there are those projects that may not be dead but just on INDEFINITE hold or infinite metamorphosis - like the new (and yet rather old) digital lens.

Ramblin’ worked for Ornette - it can’t be all bad!
So is it safe to assume that the PWS was just a dream?
If that makes you feel better, sure. We’ll see the PWS, just not soon.
