Phono Cable recommendation

I just bought a Technics SL-1210GR turntable that has RCA jacks so that I can choose my own phono cables. Cartridge is Soundsmith Zepher MKIII (moving iron) and phono preamp is PS Audio NPC. What cable properties should I look for?

I know that low capacitance is good, but how low is low? What should I look for in terms of pF/ft? An Iconoclast gen 1 is 12.5 pF/ft and a DH Labs Dimension Phono is 23.3pF/ft.

Should shielding be connected at only one end or at both ends?

What about inductance. Should that be low as well?

Specific recommendations in the $100 to $400 range are welcome.

Tara Labs Air Evolution interconnect capacitance is 6pF per foot, which is the lowest I’ve seen.
