Every summer my boy is in the Faroe Islands where they research and build trawls. It is a wild company, with huge swimming basins for research. The small net they have built themselves for testing.
He has been out fishing in the Arctic Ocean since he was 15 years old. So a few years ago I encouraged him to be able to sail other ships. Ice is melting and it was not long before shipping changed along Greenland. Right now, the young man is only thinking about the amount of money he can earn from fishing.
Indeed for the first time ever I am seeing the appeal of “always-warm and dry” type countries.
They don’t do so well for trees though I wouldn’t have thought.
