The present line of power regenerators are facing competitions from new kinds of power equipment, and the P12, P15 and P20 have been around for a while.

Is there a new line with updated specs/features on the horizon?
I’m going to pose a naive question since I don’t own nor know much about PSA Power Plants.
Would PSA ever consider a battery type solution like StromTank?
I was told yes when I purchased my P15. But over a year away. I would guess longer than that.
I wonder if the Big Beautiful Bill, with its attack on CLEAN energy, will be the death of devices such as PS Power Plants, that clean up the electrical supply!
Would be nice with a comment from PS staff as all power regenerators now are labeled as “Sold out”

Only one regenerator model, the P15, is listed as sold out.
Strange. When I look at the website all regenerators are listen as sold out. Maybe there is a cookie / refresh webpage issue.
Still hoping to get some answers regarding future or/and present regenerators. However, I fully respect the need for planing launches, information, maintaining value in present line and other common business traits.

Any news on a possible PMG regenerator(s)? Right now I have a Marantz Model 30 (class D) plugged into a PP3. If I upgrade to a Luxman A/B amp, I’ll need to move up to a PP12 or a new model if one comes out.
I would like to see an expansion back into passive power products. Bring back the Dectet, Juice Bar, Soloist, and PowerBase as a bridge product until you can afford a regenerator.
I would like to see a competing product at a lower price point to the Shunyata Research Typhon T2 that would pair well with the PMG amplifiers.
Yes, we are working on an all new line of PMG regenerators to replace the current line and expect to see them launch early next year.

Wow this is tempting. PS has been on such a roll with the PMG line. I am currently using the Niagara 7000 power conditioner, but would love to compare that with the new PMG powerplant. One of the things I like about the Niagara is that it stores current and can deliver 90 amps for transients. Wondering if the new PMG series will be able to provide more than the wall offers for short periods.
It can and does and has always been able to do that and the new ones even more. If you look inside a Nagra you’ll see their collection of capacitors and inductors. This is what stores that energy but to be honest, it’s only for the briefest of times (look at the size of their caps).
If you look inside, say, a P20, there’s some real storage in there, hundreds of thousands of microfarads, enough to not only deliver that peak energy but also enough to regulate the output (something the Nagra can’t do).
