Seeking advice about using the 12v trigger input on my Powerplay 8500? I would like to use the trigger output on my Bryston Sp-3 to turn the 8500 on.

From a quick look at the manual this appears to be possible.
It definitely seems like an option, I just dont know how to enable it???
I think it might require an entry in the infrared codes menu
I believe it only works the other way around.
My Harmony Hub remote has settings to add the PowerPlay as a device. It had remote commands to trigger each of the ten zones off/on and the master power on/off.
Is there any particular type of IR receiver required for the PowerPlay? thanks
