My P5 is connected and uploads its data correctly, but the display in PowerPlay – PS Audio is shorter than the requested length.
For example, it’s now 5:12 pm, and the graph shows from 5:17 pm yesterday (ok) but only to 2:41 AM today : it misses the last 14h30 !
If a request the last 7 days, the start is correct at March 28 4:19 pm, but the end is only March 30 11:26.
The problem is specific to the new PowerPlay GUI from some month ago, it was ok with the previous one.
But strangely the display ranges were good during some weeks around January.
For information, I’m located in another time zone (Paris) ; perhaps il has some impact
I see the same issues from here in the US. Time is off and the data is not correct for the time periods it states(24 hr, 7 day, 30 day). This has been an issue for months. The download feature was also removed from the gui and not replaced. The new gui is discussed in another thread here, and @Paul responded, but no fix and the issues remain.

Good to know it’s not dependant on the time zone : the more the number of users impacted, the better the chance to obtain a correction (I’m in IT …)
Also, as the behavior was correct around January, I guess the problem is not too deep (and it’s possible to compare versions of the site source code)
