Hi - I submitted an email and was told I might get faster help in the forum?

My Premier Power Plant Regenerator has served me well since 2012 and now it is making a ticking noise. Perhaps a relay? Near the rear /mid of the unit.

The THD input displayed is the same as the THD output. Thus, I believe something is not right.

Is there a simple fix?

From your description, I suspect the regenerator has died and the unit needs to come home.

If you have emailed PS Audio service they should get back to you soon.

Was that just a boiler-plate statement (rather than a response from someone at PSA who had read your question)? I agree with Elk that this sounds like a hardware problem, unfortunately.
