UK support for second hand Power Plant Premier

I thought I got a bargain on eBay but am not now so sure! I bought a Power Plant Premier - but am not sure it is working OK. The output readings on the display vary wildly all the time. Output THD varies between about 1% and 25%. The voltage anywhere from 10V to 250V. The unit is supposed to be rated for 230V although it actually reads 250V input - which is more than likely in the UK.

Is there a fault? If so how do I get this looked at in the UK? Does PS Audio offer anything to non-US customers in terms of replacement / upgrades?

You need to replace the regenerator. This is a known problem in PPP (same thing happened to me, 3 times over).

You do have recourse through eBay buyer protection if this is something you bought recently.
