I have been a long time PS Audio fan and have owned lots of equipment from them. Today my fourth PS Audio component went bye bye which is the PS Audio Steamer. Have had it for a few years but losing a component that I paid decent amount for just like that. Previously I have lost a P5 another P5, a DS Junior and now DS Senior. Our local agent is helpless and can do nothing as he is just a post box selling equipment no support at all. So done with PS Audio and good riddance.
I take it you contacted PS Audio corporate to represent your interests with the dealer?
Done sir dealer is zero. Trashing it. Nothing PS Audio did last time and I expect same again. Unwilling to wait months for a remedy if any.
I’d like to think Paul McGowan’s and PS Audio’s support of their offshore dealer network is top notch, not inclined to leave a committed customer stranded.
