It is not likely. Both the Mark I and the Mark II use the same software. Just installing the software overwrites what was originally there.

No luck yet, unfortunately :-/ I’ve also tried to install my Bridge, but the result is the same - everything seem to work, but no analog output… it makes no sense :-/
The only thing I can think of is to check and make sure all the cables are seated correctly. If that does not help call alex at ps audio on tuesday.

Thanks, Dennis!
I have just tried to reinstall the digital and analog boards from the Mark 1 - but with the power board and power supply from the Mark 2. That works fine!So I assume the problem must lie with either the digital or analog board.
I took a look at the bottom of the Mark 2 analog board and noticed this: the solderings on U12 and U13 (next to the XLR-outputs) do not match left and right - on U13 there is a “jumper” between two of the soldering points. Is that supposed to be like that? I checked the analog board from the Mark 1 and there U12 and U13 do match - no jumper. I’ve linked to a couple of pictures.

I assume this jumper is there for a reason, but I was just wondering? - I’m desperately looking for a reason
I am sure it is. Right now your best bet is to call Alex at psaudio on tuesday.
