You have a new firmware version PWD 2.9.7 Roon Ready, although I still have Bridge I should I install it, or it’s just a version for Bridge II owners?
2.9.7 is for both bridge I and bridge II users. But only Bridge II supports Roon.
Dennis
Thanks Dennis
Installed the Update and now no Bridge 1 at all from front screen menus, downgraded to previous FW and then tried again but same result. Everything else is as it should be but no Bridge? Anyone else having this issue.

Hi Ray, Yes exact same problem for me. Searching for a fix without much luck.
Gary
Several ideas.
First, power down, remove the Bridge, power cycle, reinstall the Bridge and power back up.
Bridge still not showing up? Add a firmware downgrade or upgrade to the above sequence while the Bridge is removed.
And/or: while booting up, see if a [Reset Bridge] button shows up on the display - if so hit it before it goes away. Also, touch the display early in the boot cycle to bring up a setting screen only available at this time - I forget if the Bridge reset is in this or the normal boot sequence.
I did have the Bridge disappear in my PWD several times. As I remember, doing a firmware downgrade/upgrade cycle often brought the Bridge back, but not always. It may be necessary to try yet another firmware version to wake it back up.

Same issue. Boot screen (on touching) says ‘waiting to detect bridge’ but no reset button - Fix is?? (not keen to open box/ remove bridge etc)
I was installing 3.03 in my mk1 PWD getting ready for my new bridge II on order. Now I get the screen above too, ‘waiting to detect’ for the bridge I.
I removed the bridge, rebooted, re-installed, rebooted, no bridge… thoughts?
update:
I downgraded to 2.97 as the 3.03 install hung up. The machine would just flash the PSA logo for 90 minutes or so. Upon reboot, it would state 3.03 had been installed, but it would never roll over to the intialization screen, again, there’s a bridge I in the PWD.
still no bridge although I can see it via the web browser… won’t let me install bridge firmware 2.15 though.
I’ve successfully connected to my bridge I via webpage. It will not let me upload bridge firmware 2.15. Is this for bridge II only? I am trying to rescue my bridge so I can view it again. If I need an older ver. of firmware, pls provide link to download. thxs

Hi turn it up,
I am facing same issue with my bridge 1.
I have been playing bridge 1 with 2.9.7 firmware for long time without any problem. 2 days ago, I tried to update to newest firmware 3.0.3 and the bridge disappear. I downgraded 2.9.7 but PWD could not see the bridge any more. I also tried to access the bridge via web browser but could not see also.
Could you please advise me how did you fix this issue before?
Many thanks!
