I have two P5 regenerators (purchased in 2014 and 2016). My Comcast Xfinity X1 remote control turns off my P5’s whenever I use the volume control (both up and down). Any suggestions?
I rarely use the remote for my PowerPlants, turning them on manually. Thus, I would cover the sensor windows.
If you do not control them manually, you can use an Internet connection for control and similarly cover the sensor windows.
My Dish Network remote-volume up and down (for my LG TV) button powers my P-10 off.
Amazingly…My LG remote (for the same TV) doesn’t affect it.
Its my only negative so far for my P-10.
