These “Pickin’ On” albums are amusing. My music pals and I jam Dead tunes all the time, and there are some fun ideas in these sessions. A little too bluegrassy tho for my tastes (even though we’re playing bluegrass instruments when we jam).
Yes, I have listened to it. I really liked it. It sounded very three-dimensional on my system. I liked it enough to also queue up their prior album too. I haven’t listened to that one yet though.
Actually loaded three versions of the latest Octave release…don’t know why the DSF file does not register as a recently added - must have fudged a tag datapoint in the file somewhere.
