The Keces agrees with everything except the Mk2 so I run the Mk2 from a Hydra 2 from the wall. The sound is very nice.
Iām getting excellent sound but I need to reboot every 24-40 hours to remove built up glare to the sound. I realize that the dacs are fine and that thereās something going on in my electrical environment. I am getting good sound however and rebooting the dac every 24 hours or so is not that much of a hardship.
This is the same problem you had with MK1, right? I never had this issue with the DS MK2 APS that you own now. I do not believe everyone else who owns MK2 has had a similar problem with PSA Dac that needs daily reboot either.
There is something going on in your environment like you said.
Perhaps a good exorcism from a qualified ghostbuster or priest might help. If nothing else, burn some sage and chant the words, be gone evil spirits!
