This has been solved. For some reason, all I had to do is switch from Bluetooth to Digital, back to Bluetooth, and back to digital again on the sprout. Weird.
So I have hooked up the speakers and works perfectly fine on Bluetooth.
I have a Shield and i plugged an optical cable into the TV and to the sprout.
I thought that if the shield is on, it would send the audio through the HDMI cable to the TV, then sends it to the optical cable to the sprout, then to my speakers. But this doesn’t seem to work.
Originally, I had the optical cable plugged into a subwoofer, then to my TV. It picked up the sound for the Shield. Why doesn’t it work now?
