Anyone had an issue with Spotify streaming through the Stellar Strata and having the volume adjust up and down on it’s own, and not corresponding to what I’m trying to set it at?
I’ve tried it through multiple computers and phone and am still having the issue.

Anyone else having issues with Spotify Premium APK on the Stellar Strata where the volume changes on its own and doesn’t match what I set? Tried on different devices but still the same problem.

This is a big our team is aware of. The fix for it is difficult because the apps are constantly changing and it has to then communicate with our hardware. If you adjust the volume too quickly with your phone, it can confuse our code. I typically recommend not adjusting volume with the device but instead using the Strata’s remote.
I’m wondering if the PS Audio team has any suggestions for work arounds with this? When I stream from Spotify now, it seems that the problem has evolved to not working properly even if I adjust using the remote or on the actual Strata device. If I use the Stellar Strata remote/knob, the volume is erratic and doesn’t quite follow what I’d like. Note, I am not adjusting the volume with my phone/computer/Spotify.
