So you already have a 110v version? You should be able to get a step-down transformer of some sort. I have no idea how good they are but Amazon lists several, including some that are pretty high capacity. Others might be able to suggest some particular units that would be suitable for audio but in general these are pretty basic kinds of devices so even a cheap one might well work just fine.
