You didn’t mention a trip to Axpona ![]()
It is more like a trap than a trip. ![]()
Did you do yourself a favor? Okay, you do, the wallet less so.
I’m looking forward to your verdict. Especially the difference between Audioquest Dragon Source and Cloud Grande copper cable. I also have a Dragon Source for my Marantz Link 10n. I like the Dragon, but it seems like many of you are now replacing it with Cloud Grand or Takshaka. ![]()
I just bought two AVAA C214 Active Bass Traps out of the blue. Odd.
I did click on a heart just because there is no compassionate understanding.
Donald, I would rather not have looked in here either. So far I’ve the Dragon Source on my Marantz Link 10n and haven’t compared it to my Furutech DPS 4.1 for fear that it will make a difference. I had already checked the used market last week and saw that a Stealth Audio Cloude Grande copper cable was being offered in a length of 1.5 meters for €4500.
And now Paul Cloude compares Grande with his Dragon Source.
The Dragon has already made room for a Cloude Grande at Luca’s.
Oh wait, Luca has a new cable too.
What cable does Luca compare it to?
AudioQuest is the McDonalds of cable companies. Resist.
Every now and then, when I’m in a hurry, I eat at McDonalds, even if it doesn’t fill me up for long or gives me a stomach ache. I’ll wait to see if a steak is better than a burger after Paul’s Dragon Source vs Cloud Grande comparison. ![]()
Wrong thread, but I will likely be adding a second one after I get a Cloude Grande for the MU2.
Waiting for the reviews to come in as to which one.
When I was a kid, going to McDonalds was a treat!
Whose getting a worse name from Al? Audioquest or McDonald’s? ![]()
Happy Cake Day, our mentor!
Their breakfast biscuits do taste good
Cloude Grande vs Cloude Grande LE powering my Statement
CG LE is a new version, made in only 100 pieces due to the lack of material (like Sakra V17 LE), namely an alloy of copper and magic stardust.
Since the very beginning it is evident an audible difference between the two.
Happy cake day. Party at McDonalds. Who hasn’t experienced it at some point as a child? Mostly they were parties of friends whose mothers didn’t want to cook or bake. ![]()

I will be on vacation when my Cloude Grande LE’s arrive. I would hound you for a differences analysis but one must be patient with the long burn-in process.
I don’t know if the length of burn-in is relative to the size of the conductors, but there are slew of fat, rectangular, spiraling pieces of copper. Big and pretty.
You are a day ahead of us @luca.pelliccioli. I was wondering those with February 29th cake days do they only get their cake on leap year?
Happy cake day Al! From the other side of the world …
Completely agree with you. At least until next weekend I won’t post anything about CG LE.
I have the power to read the future… in your case I see a bunch of STEALTH cables!
Happy cake day Al!!
