That is interesting and valuable information @Elk ! I would not have know that otherwise.
It is far from intuitive.
Check the power cables and make sure everything’s connected correctly. If it’s a refurbished unit, maybe the internal connections are a bit loose. If you’re comfortable, you could try a soft reset (unplugging for 10-15 minutes) to see if that does the trick. If it still won’t boot, I’d definitely reach out to PS Audio support, they should be able to walk you through more specific troubleshooting steps or get it fixed up.

I spoke to PS Audio first thing this morning. Really nice people and very helpful, which I appreciated. I’ve already shipped the deck into them for repairs. Really looking forward to getting it back in my system. With the Stellar Gold DAC installed it’s the best it’s ever sounded.
