Picked up an LP copy of Sun Ra Arkestra Paradiso 1970 Amsterdam while at Dusty Groove Friday. First impression, a pretty good live performance and sonics are better than many live Sun Ra recordings from this era. No audiophile nugget, but a worthy performance in my opinion. A CD release is also available.
Off to a Chicago Audiophile Society Meeting.

What a great album. I streamed it and it sounded great. But then I played the LP and wow. Now “corporeal” becomes an essential descriptor.
