System Photos!

Thank you.

These are some budget monolith stands we have in for review currently. 28” I believe. They need filled for sure but liking them overall. Cheers. :beers:

I think he meant I left this Darth Vader out.

I believe the speakers you have atop the Monolith stands are Athom GT1-HDs which are only 13" high, and according to your photo: a 28" height stand would appear taller.

The new Rega Naia TT is getting some much needed eval. Cat Stevens never sounded quite this lovely.

The past couple of weeks can best be described as absurd coincidences. Installed central humidifier and the furnace crapped out in an unrelated way. Then installed the new TT and my Sanders speaker panel arced. Never happened before. Silver lining is Sanders customer support is unparalleled. Frank sent me new panels in one day! Everything is right with the (audio) world now.

Finally my Groovetracer counter weight wouldn’t fit the smaller diameter stub of the RB Ti tonearm so Frank Smilley custom made a bushing and install tool to fit the 10mm stub also in one day.

These amazing people have really restored my faith in this tiny and strange (and great) community.

As Roger Sanders would say “great listening” and a Merry Christmas to you all. Spin some tunes in whatever format and style makes you happy.

It amuses me to believe that you could easily find a record weight that weighs more than the plinth. That seems like an incorrect choice.

Thank you for the suggestion.
I’ve always felt that that weights past the $40 price point absurd.
After all, it’s just piece of machined metal.

My analog world is complete. I now have Groove Tracer’s custom Delrin bushing to allow the counter weight to fit the smaller diameter tonearm stub of the Rega Naia. That weight has some “balls”!

This is my set up in my temporary house. It the upstairs living room which is 19’x14’, open to the stairs behind my chair and the system is on the long wall. Once I can get into an actual house I’ll be able to do things my way so things will look better, instead of the network line on the left running around the room and I can put up some treatment. For now, it works for me

Few days ago. Listening to some Stanley Turrentine on Christmas Eve before family arrived.

Not a “System photo” but at least you can see the Klipsch Forte’s in the living room!
