Is it possible to use both output, XLR and RCA, at the same time? For example, I have the Legacy Audio Focus XD. I want to use the bi-amp feature of the Focus and use the XLR for the powered bass part and the RCAs for another amp to drive the High-Mid part of the Focus.

Yes, you can use both the XLR and RCA at the same time as they are active (it’s possible to have an impedance mismatch but it’s very rare and you’ll know right away if you do). However, if the amps you’re using down stream are truly balanced, you’re going to have a gain matching problem. The XLR section will be 6dB louder than the single ended.
